Refund policy

Exchange and Refund Policy  

Ledkiam may Exchange or Refund any product provided the following 4 conditions are all met:

  1. The product is accompanied by the original Ledkiam receipt.
  2. The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
  3. The product is exchanged or returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.
  4. The product is exchanged with another product of the same or higher value in which case the difference should be settled.
  • Products deemed to be defective and under warranty are subject to service repairs, which can take up to 1 month from the date that they are handed in to the store.
  • Refunds are executed only in the form of a Ledkiam gift or credit vouchers
  • All products can be exchanged or refunded except for vinyl discs, music, books, software, games, digital cards, tickets, makeup, personal items, food & beverage products, services, and sales & clearance items.
  • All exchange and refund transactions must be approved by the store manager or the acting store manager in charge after inspecting the products internally.
  • The inspection process may take up to 3 days from the date of receiving the product by the store.
  • Ledkiam Loyalty points cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire after a limited time.
  • Products on sale and/or promotion can be exchanged only if defected and after internal inspection however they cannot be refunded.
  • Ledkiam Gift cards and credit voucher cannot be refunded.
  • Ledkiam Gift cards and credit vouchers expire after a limited time of issuance date as indicated at time of issuance, not exceeding 12 months.
  • Gift items must be accompanied with the original gift receipt. 



Exchange and refund requirements  

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective
  • Product must be unopened and kept in original packaging
  • Product must be unused

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be thoroughly inspected:

  • Non-Device product and sealed device can be exchanged by the approval of Manager or the supervisor under his responsibility.
  • Electronic device that is defected or opened can only be approved by the maintenance manager.

If the product does not meet the above-mentioned criteria, we reserve the right not to exchange the product.
