Account

How to create an account on LedKiam?

To create an account on LedKiam, click on the profile icon at the top of the page. You will see “Guest” displayed before you register. Select “My Account,” then click on “Register.” Fill in the required information as a new customer, including your Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Password. Once you have completed the form, click on “Join Now” to finish the registration process. After registration, your account will no longer display "Guest" and will reflect your name.


How to Shop on LedKiam?

After creating an account, you can start shopping by browsing through our selection of products. When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply click on “Add to Cart.”

Once you're ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon in the page header to proceed to checkout. Here, you will need to enter your delivery address information, including the street name, city, and area. You can also select a suitable delivery date and add any special notes for your order.

Next, choose your payment method from the available options: Cash on Delivery, eFAWATEERcom, CliQ, or Mastercard. Finally, confirm your order, and you'll receive your order ID for tracking.


How to take advantage of the coupons?

To use a coupon or gift card, navigate to the checkout page where you'll see the field labeled "Gift Card or Coupons Code." Enter your code in this designated box and click "Apply" to activate it.


Why didn't the coupon decrease the order total?

The discount will only apply to specific products that are not already discounted. If any product in your order has an existing discount from the website, the coupon code will not apply to those items.


I forgot my password; what should I do?

If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it by visiting the login page and selecting the "Reset Password" option. Follow the prompts to receive a password reset link via your registered email.

Alternatively, if you need further assistance, you can contact our Customer Care team through email or by phone. They will be happy to help you reset your password.


How to change my email address?

To update your email address in LedKiam, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the header to access My Account.
  2. Select Edit Information.
  3. Update the email address field by deleting the old address and entering the new one.
  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.

Additionally, you can change the email address associated with any delivery address for a specific order during the checkout process.


How to change my phone number?

To update your phone number in LedKiam, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the header to access My Account.
  2. Select Edit Information.
  3. Update the phone number field by deleting the old number and entering the new one.
  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page to confirm the changes.

Additionally, you can also change the phone number on the delivery address for a specific order during the checkout process.

How to search for products?

When you search for products on LedKiam, you can filter the search results by selecting:

  • Product Name/Title
  • Categories
  • Price
  • Target Age:
    • Less than 6 years
    • 6 - 12 years
    • More than 12 years
  • Target Playing Time:
    • Less than 1 hour
    • 1 - 2 hours
    • More than 2 hours
  • Playing Mode (Single or Multiplayer)

Additionally, you can sort the results by:

  • Featured
  • Newest Arrival
  • Name (A-Z)
  • Price - Low to High

Are the products on LedKiam original?

Most products available on LedKiam are genuine and sourced from official suppliers. However, some items may be high-quality products from reputable manufacturers or brands from China that do not have a specific brand affiliation. To determine authenticity, you can check the product page; the brand name will be displayed if the product has a specific brand affiliation. Rest assured, LedKiam is committed to providing only high-quality products made from excellent materials. You can explore all selected brand products by clicking on the brand name.

How can I edit my information, such as my phone number, delivery address, or details on a specific product in one of my orders?

What should I do if there is a missing product from my order, my order is missing, or I received a damaged or incomplete product?

How much is the delivery fee?

At LedKiam, we understand the importance of timely delivery, and we strive to ensure your products reach you quickly and affordably. The delivery fee varies depending on your location and the duration of the delivery service chosen. For specific fee details based on your city and selected delivery option, please refer to our checkout page during the ordering process.


What are the delivery options on LedKiam?

Currently, we offer the following delivery options:

  1. Standard Delivery: This is the default option, which takes approximately 72 working hours within Amman and up to 5 days for other cities in Jordan. This service is provided by Aramex.
  2. Fast Delivery: Available for online orders in Amman, this option delivers your order within 1-2 working days. (Available soon)
  3. Same Day Delivery: For certain areas within Amman, we offer same-day delivery for your convenience. (Available soon)

Please note that all delivery times are based on business days.

How can I track my order?

To track your order on LedKiam, simply log into your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive both a text message and an email with tracking details. When will I receive my order?

How can I review products on the LedKiam website?

To review a product you purchased, simply navigate to the specific product page and scroll down to the bottom. You will find a review box where you can share your opinion. Above the box, you can select the number of stars you wish to give the product. Your feedback helps us improve and assists other customers in making informed decisions!


Why is there no review box below the product?

If you are the first person to review a product, you will see a prompt at the bottom of the page that says, "Be the first to share your opinion." By clicking on this button, a review box will appear, allowing you to write your feedback and select the star rating you wish to give the product. Share your thoughts and help others make informed decisions!


How can I pay?

At LedKiam, we prioritize your shopping experience, ensuring it is both easy and secure. To accommodate your needs, we offer a variety of payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery: Pay for your order at the time of delivery.
  • Online Payment: Soon, you will be able to make payments using Visa or Mastercard.
  • eFAWATEERcom : This payment option will be added shortly.
  • CliQ: This method will be available soon.

Return policy

How can I return a specific product?

To initiate a return, simply let us know your decision along with the reason for the return. Please provide your order ID, and one of our Customer Care representatives will confirm your order details and assist you with the return process. We strive to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible.


What are the conditions for non-returnable products?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt. However, certain products are not eligible for return if they do not meet the following conditions:

  • The product has been misused.
  • The return request is made after the 14-day period.
  • The product falls into one of the following non-returnable categories:
    • Used games or puzzles.
    • Opened packages.
    • Products without the original card, packaging, or accessories.
    • Items that have been modified, altered, or assembled, such as jigsaw puzzles that have been completed.
    • Sealed products that have been opened.

Please ensure that your return complies with these guidelines to facilitate a smooth return process.


What is the process for returns?

When you initiate a return, we will process the items at the delivery address where your order was initially sent. Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund for the total amount paid. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the card used for the transaction. If you opted for cash on delivery, the funds will be refunded to your LedKiam eWallet. Please allow between 1 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
